Our annual 2024 Take a Breath for Sarcoidosis Run & Walk was held in Northern Maryland and had a virtual option as well. We had a great time together spreading awareness and seeing our community.
April is Sarcoidosis Awareness Month – show your support for Sarcoidosis patients by signing up as a participant or as a silent hero.
IN-PERSON RACE INFO

9:45 am: Kids Fun Run
10:00 am: Start of 5K Run and 1k Walk
Location: Dejon Vineyards: 5300 Hydes Rd, Hydes, MD 21082
Race options:
– 5k participants with performance shirt and medal – $40
– 1-mile participant with performance shirt and medal – $35
– “Silent Hero” with performance shirt and medal – $35 to support the cause, even if you can’t participate

Captain your Own Local Take a Breath Run:
Become a Caption of your own meetup. Virtual meetups can be super casual or as big as you want to make them. Set up a local event for your friends and family as you spread awareness and support for sarcoidosis.
