Take a Breath for Sarcoidosis Walk/Run

Join us in person for the Take a Breath for Sarcoidosis Walk/Run at Canton Waterfront Park as we come together to raise awareness, support patients and families, and build community during Sarcoidosis Awareness Month.

This event is for everyone. Whether you run, walk, cheer, or simply come to show support, your presence helps shine a light on sarcoidosis and the people whose lives are impacted by it every day.

Location: Canton Waterfront Park, Baltimore, Maryland
Event Type: In-person Walk/Run
Who Should Attend: Patients, families, friends, caregivers, advocates, and supporters

Race Options & Fees

  • 5K Run/Walk: $40 (in-person)

  • 1-Mile Walk: $35 (in-person)

  • Silent Hero: $35 (receive a performance shirt and medal to support the cause without attending)

  • Virtual Participant: $35 (submit results starting April 11, 2026; race packets will be mailed).

Special Notes

  • Register by April 5 to ensure your preferred shirt size.

  • Families or groups of 4+ can use "Multi-Person Pricing" for discounts.

Fundraising

  • Donations are encouraged! Become a fundraiser or build your own Life & Breath Team to maximize your impact.

VIRTUAL RACE INFORMATION

Participate in the Virtual Race from anywhere in the world during April 2026! Join us in supporting the Life & Breath Foundation by running or walking on your own schedule, anytime and anywhere.

Virtual Race Details

  • When: April 2026 (choose your own day and time)

  • Where: Anywhere you want! Your neighborhood, local park, treadmill—it's up to you!

  • Registration Fee: $35 (includes a performance shirt and finisher's medal)

  • Packet Delivery: T-shirts and race packets will be mailed directly to you.

Become a Captain of Your Own Local Event
Take your virtual race to the next level by organizing a local Take a Breath Run for your friends, family, or community!

  • Host Your Own Meetup: Plan a casual or elaborate gathering to spread awareness and raise support for sarcoidosis.
