Take a Breath for Sarcoidosis 2025
Join us for our in-person Run & Walk on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at DeJon Vineyard in Hydes, Maryland! This exciting event supports the Life & Breath Foundation and Sarcoidosis Awareness, It includes a performance shirt and finisher's medal for all registered participants.

April is Sarcoidosis Awareness Month – show your support for Sarcoidosis patients by signing up as a participant or as a silent hero.

Event Details

  • Date: Sunday, April 27, 2025

  • Location: DeJon Vineyard, 5300 Hydes Rd., Hydes, MD

  • Start Time: 10:00 AM

  • Packet Pickup: Begins at 8:30 AM on race day

Race Options & Fees

  • 5K Run/Walk: $40 (in-person at DeJon Vineyard)

  • 1-Mile Walk: $35 (in-person at DeJon Vineyard)

  • Silent Hero: $35 (receive a performance shirt and medal to support the cause without attending)

  • Virtual Participant: $35 (submit results starting April 26, 2025; race packets will be mailed)

Special Bonus

  • Wine Tasting Included! Participants aged 21+ can enjoy a complimentary wine tasting at DeJon Vineyard after the race.

Special Notes

  • Register by April 5 to ensure your preferred shirt size.

  • Families or groups of 4+ can use "Multi-Person Pricing" for discounts.

Participate in the Virtual Race from anywhere in the world during April 2025! Join us in supporting the Life & Breath Foundation by running or walking on your own schedule, anytime and anywhere.

Virtual Race Details

  • When: April 2025 (choose your own day and time)

  • Where: Anywhere you want! Your neighborhood, local park, treadmill—it's up to you!

  • Registration Fee: $35 (includes a performance shirt and finisher's medal)

  • Packet Delivery: T-shirts and race packets will be mailed directly to you.
