7:00 am: Registration opens, providing participants with tournament details and complimentary gifts. The practice facility will be available for anyone wishing a warm-up.

8:30 am: Shotgun start, which will be played in a handicapped scramble format. Beverages available on the course throughout the morning.

1:00 pm: Picnic lunch available on the patio featuring assorted sandwiches, salads and snacks.
